1. Delivery Area
We deliver ONLY within Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We do not ship to other emirates or international locations.
2. Delivery Time
We process and deliver all orders within 2–3 working days after order confirmation.
Note: Delivery may take slightly longer during public holidays, sale periods, or unforeseen delays.
3. Payment Options
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay the full amount directly to our delivery partner when you receive your order.
- Online payment: Secure payment via credit or debit card.
4. Order Processing
We process orders within 24 hours. You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation with details once we dispatch your order.
5. Delivery Issues
If you are not available to receive the order, our delivery partner will contact you to reschedule. If delivery fails twice, we may cancel the order.
Once the order is handed over to our delivery partner, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking your shipment if needed.
