To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it for you as soon as possible.
Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest and most reliable way to get the product or size you want is to return your current item following our process. Once we receive and approve your return, you can simply place a new order for the new item you wish to purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you within 2 working days to confirm if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, we will process your refund automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
